Added directfs
...
Added a very rudimentary file I/O system suitable for experimenting
with the language further. A better one will be designed when we have
sensible error management.

Converted Interner to work with Rc-s
...
- Interner no longer contains unsafe code
- Tokens now hold a reference to the value they represent directly
This will enable many future improvements
